Shipping Policy

At Sea Panda, we’re committed to delivering your custom socks as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:


Order Processing Time
All orders are crafted with care and typically take up to 3 working days to produce before being dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Provider
We’ve partnered with NZ Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery across New Zealand. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.


Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 1-3 working days after dispatch.

  • Courier/ Priority Shipping: Available for most locations. Your package will arrive the next working day after dispatch.

Please note: Overnight delivery availability depends on NZ Post’s coverage for your area.


Priority Dispatch
For those in a hurry, we offer a priority dispatch option. If you place your order before 1 PM on a working day, your order will be prioritized and ready for shipping on the next working day. (Excludes weekends and public holidays.)


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping option and location.


Delivery Issues
While we strive for seamless delivery, delays caused by NZ Post or unforeseen circumstances may occur. If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@seapanda.co.nz, and we’ll assist you promptly.
